2 tbspcrushed linseeds or psyllium husks

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180° C.

Mash the bananas in a large bowl with a fork.

Add the peanut butter and almond milk. Mix until smooth.

Now add the psyllium husks, baking powder, almond flour, coconut flour, and Flavor Kick to the bowl. Mix everything until they form a firm batter.

Divide the batter evenly into 6 muffin cups. Press a Protein Ball into the middle of each, making sure each is covered with batter. Add extra batter to the top if needed, because these muffins barely rise.

Bake the vegan paleo muffins for 30 minutes until golden-brown. Set aside to cool.
