Vegan Protein Flammkuchen

Fall is the season for flammkuchen (also known as tarte flambee). But not to worry – with this recipe you won’t have to wait hours for your dough to rise. Our Protein Pizza baking mix lets you whip it up in just a few minutes. So you can spend less time in the kitchen and more time enjoying your hearty meal!

Ingredients

1 Person

For the crust:

  • 100 g
    Protein Pizza
  • 100 ml
    water

For the topping:

  • 80 g
    soy yogurt
  • 2 tbsp
    soy cream
  • 1 tbsp
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1
    pear, sliced very thin
  • g
    red onion

    salt, pepper, sprouts

Preparation

    Mix the Protein Pizza and water until they form a firm dough. Set aside for 10 minutes.

    Preheat the oven to 200° C.

    Dust your working surface with flour. Roll the dough out very thin. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and transfer the crust onto it.

    Prebake the crust for 10 minutes.

    Mix the soy yogurt, soy cream, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Spread onto the prebaked crust.

    Slice the pear and onion very thin and top the flammkuchen with them. Garnish with the walnuts.

    Bake the protein flammkuchen for 12-15 minutes more, until it is crispy. Garnish with sprouts or chives.
