You don’t have to hide it any longer. We know your favorite part of baking cookies is munching on the raw dough – because we feel exactly the same way. Sadly, eating raw cookie dough can give you a stomachache! So we made this vegan cookie dough specifically for snacking. Bye-bye, tummy troubles! High-protein, extra creamy, and irresistibly delicious – our cookie dough (which you can also think of as a sweet humus) is the ideal snack to support your muscle-building goals. And, just to make sure you never get bored, we’ve got two variations in one, right here!

Preparation

Blend the chickpeas with a food processor, stick blender, or blender until smooth.

Add the nut spread, peanut flour, and stevia. Mix well.

Divide the cookie dough mix into two bowls.

For the chocolate-peanut-butter cookie dough: add the cocoa powder and Chocolate Vegan Protein to one bowl. Mix well.

Add half of the sugar-free chocolate chips and mix again.

For the chocolate chip cookie dough: add the Cookie Dough Vegan Protein and the rest of the chocolate chips. Mix well.
