Vegan, Lower-Carb Pizza Dough

If you’re counting carbs, this low-carb pizza dough is just the recipe you need. It’s made from just a few ingredients that pack a protein punch, and comes together in minutes.

For the dough:

60 gchickpea flour

1 tspItalian herbs

90 mlhot water
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.

Add the hot water. Mix until a ball of dough has formed. If you have time, set aside to rest for 15 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180° C. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Roll it out thin.

Prebake in the oven for 10 minutes.

Top the pizza dough with tomato sauce, vegetables, and other toppings of your choice. Bake for another 10 minutes until it is crispy.
