Grab a breakfast bowl… in bar form! Frozen yogurt meets raspberries meets deliciousness.

Ingredients

  • 240 g
    Peanut Butter
  • 95 g
    pitted dates
  • 120 ml
    oat drink
  • 1 tbsp
    White Chia Seeds
  • 50 g
    puffed rice
  • 80 g
    Protein Muesli Blueberry & Tiger Nut
  • 240 ml
    unsweetened soy yogurt
  • 20 g
    raspberries, frozen
  • 1 tbsp
    lemon zest
  • 5 g
    raspberries, freeze-dried
  • 0.5 tsp
    Flavour Kick Vanilla

Preparation

    Line a 20x20cm baking dish with parchment paper.

    Mix the Just Nuts, oat drink, and dates in a high-powered blender until they form a sticky dough.

    Put the mixture into a medium bowl and add the chia seeds, the rice crisps, and the Protein Muesli. Stir well.

    With moist hands, spread the crust mixture over the parchment paper in your baking dish.

    In a bowl, mix the yogurt, frozen raspberries, lemon zest, and Flavor Kick together. Then spread the mixture evenly over the crust.

    Now decorate the frozen yogurt bars with the freeze-dried raspberries. Put into the freezer for 1-2 hours.
