Vegan Coffee Chocolate Mousse Recipe

Ingredients

75 gdark chocolate

140 mlaquafaba (chickpea brine or cooking liquid)

0.25 tspFlavour Kick Chocolate

Make a double boiler using a pot of boiling water and a bowl that sits over the top of the pot. Melt the dark chocolate and the Vegan Protein Cream in the double boiler. Set aside until it is cooler but still liquid.

Meanwhile, use a mixer to beat the aquafaba, Flavor Kick, and salt. Beat until the mixture forms stiff peaks.

Fold the melted chocolate and the coffee liqueur into the aquafaba meringue.
