We can’t get enough of these vegan chocolate chip pancakes! They’re undeniably fluffy and soft. You almost wouldn’t believe they’re protein pancakes. But they are! The special mix of plant-based protein sources makes our pancake mix the top of the crop. No gluten, no added sugar.

30 gdark chocolate chips

1 tspCoconut Oil, liquid

optional toppings:maple syrup, vegan butter, etc
Preparation

Mix the pancake mix, Flavor Kick, and water in a bowl. Stir or whisk until they form a smooth batter.

Fold the chocolate chips into the batter.

Heat the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.

Spoon the batter into 4 pancakes. Cook until golden-brown on both sides.

Stack the chocolate chip pancakes on a plate. Top with maple syrup, vegan butter, or anything you wish.
