100 glow-fat fromage frais (quark)

100 mlreduced-fat milk

Put the fromage frais, Whey Protein, and 2 tbsp cocoa powder into a blender and mix well.

Stir in the chia seeds and set aside for 10 minutes to absorb.

Cover the bottom of a small pot with the water. Add the coconut oil, honey, and 2 tbsp of cocoa powder. Heat over medium, stirring constantly, until it forms a dark chocolate sauce.

Layer the whey cream and chocolate sauce in a glass to create your vanilla chocolate shake.
