For the light layer:

  • 150 ml
    water
  • 15 g
  • 0.5
    frozen banana

For the dark layer:

  • 150 ml
    water
  • 15 g
  • 0.5
    frozen banana
  • 5 g
    unsweetened cocoa powder

Toppings:

  • 0.5 diced

Preparation

    Start with the ingredients for the light layer. Mix all these ingredients in a blender until creamy. Pour into a glass.

    Then, put the ingredients for the darker layer into the blender, mix until creamy, and pour on top of the lighter layer.

    Tip: You can also make the caramel protein shake look even more epic by alternating the light and dark layers more than once!
