High-Protein Red Velvet Pralines

Valentine’s Day is the day to see the world through rose-colored glasses… so why not give your snacks the same treatment? We’ve whipped up a batch of red velvet pralines instead of our usual to celebrate the holiday of love.

3dates, pitted

2 tspred food coloring

0.5 tspFlavour Kick Vanilla

Preparation

Use a blender to puree the dates.

Mix the Instant Oats, Vegan Protein, cocoa powder, coconut flour, and Flavor Kick in a bowl. Add the oat drink, gin, food coloring, and date puree. Stir well until thoroughly mixed.

Form the mixture into 8 red velvet pralines. Set aside in the fridge for 15 minutes.

If you want to coat the red velvet pralines, melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler, dip the energy balls into the chocolate, garnish with freeze-dried strawberry pieces while still warm, and then set aside to harden.
