1avocado, ripe

2 tbspraw cocoa powder

3 tbspagave syrup

30 mloat milk (alternatively almond, coconut, rice etc.)
Preparation

Halve your avocado, get rid of the seed and then remove the flesh with a spoon.

Add the flesh to a bowl with some cocoa powder and agave syrup and purée until you get an even mixture.

Add your milk a bit at a time until you achieve the desired consistency.

Now just put the mousse in a small bowl and enjoy!
