35 gfresh strawberries or raspberries

50 glow-fat yoghurt

20 gWhey Protein Raspberry, Strawberry or Vanilla by foodspring
Preparation

Place the frozen fruit in a blender and quickly blend.

Add the rest of the ingredients except the fresh fruit and blend into a smooth mixture.

Pour into glasses, decorate with the fresh fruit and place in the freezer for 1 – 2 hours.
