Do you want to change up your usual protein shake after your workout? Why not try our new recipe for nut protein bars – no-baking involved. Super quick and really tasty!

15 gWhey Protein Chocolate

5 gchocolate

15 gCoconut oil

10 gPeanut Butter

20 glow-fat cream cheese natural

5 gcoarsely chopped walnuts

0.5 tsptsp vanilla sugar

Preparation

Melt the butter, cream cheese, peanut butter and chocolate. Mix it all together, add the vanilla sugar and sweeten with stevia as desired.

Add in the chopped walnuts and egg whey protein powder of your choice, then work everything into a nice mixture. Knead well, so the protein powder distributes evenly throughout.

Roll it out to 1.5 cm thick and place it in the fridge to cool for a few hours.

Now cut it into bars, whatever size you like – and enjoy!
