  • 30 g
    Whey Protein Mango
  • 300 ml
    milk, 1.5% fat

or

  • 300 ml
    almond milk
  • 100 g
    fresh, ripe mango

Preparation

    Chop the mango.

    Put the chopped mango, Whey Protein powder and the milk in a blender and blend.

    Pour the shake into a glass. Garnish with mint if you like.
