This protein cake is best eaten as a post-workout meal to support your muscle building goals. Just toss everything into the microwave – leave your oven off! It couldn’t be easier!

Ingredients

  • 75 g
    oatmeal
  • 1
    egg white
  • 1
    egg (medium sized)
  • 100 ml
    milk, 1.5%
  • 150 g
    frozen berry mix
  • 30 g
    Whey Protein Chocolate
  • 1 tsp
    cocoa powder

Preparation

    Mix all the ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl.

    Bake in the microwave for 10 minutes.
