1 pinchgingerbread spice, cinnamon
Preparation

Put the almond milk, Whey Protein and a pinch of gingerbread spice into a foodspring shaker and shake it up.

Pour the mixture into a glass.

Beat your egg white until stiff peaks form.

Evenly distribute the beaten egg white on top of the glass.

To finish, sprinkle some cinnamon on top.
