Chia Seed Pudding with Berries

These power seeds have what it takes! Their ability to absorb water means they make a fantastic quick chia seed pudding with berries. Not to mention that the superfood is full of nutrients! So it’s the perfect breakfast.

Ingredients

1 Person

  • 3 tbsp
    Bio Chia Samen von foodspring
  • 250 ml
    unsweetened almond milk
  • or
    oder
  • 250 ml
    unsweetened soy milk
  • 50 g
    fresh berries (e.g. raspberries)
  • as desired
    stevia

Preparation

    Mix the chia seeds with the almond milk. Stir occasionally.

    Place in the fridge to cool for approx. 30 minutes, then serve with fresh fruit and enjoy.
