We just made your life easier by combining our favorite parts of each into a fruity breakfast bowl. Raspberry-chia jam meets fresh lemon yogurt. The fruity base for our bowl? Our very own Raspberry-Acai Breakfast Bowl. Hello, summer – I’m ready for my close-up!
Ingredients

For the raspberry-chia jam:

60 graspberries

1 tspWhite Chia Seeds

0.25Flavour Kick Vanilla

1 tsplemon juice
For the yogurt:

0.5 tsplemon juice

4 tbspvegan yogurt, e.g. soy or coconut-based yogurt

1 tsp
You will also needed:

30 gstrawberries

10 gCoconut Chips
Preparation

Cut the raspberries into small pieces. Put them into a small pot with the lemon juice, Flavor Kick, and chia seeds. Bring to a low simmer and cook for 10-15 minutes on medium heat. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.

Prepare the Breakfast Bowl according to the package instructions.

Put the yogurt, lemon juice, and Vegan Protein into a small bowl. Mix well.

Put together the layers: First put the Breakfast Bowl into your glass or bowl. Spread the lemon yogurt on top. And use the raspberry-chia jam as a last layer on top.

Top the finished breakfast bowl with fresh strawberries and coconut chips.
