Protein Pizza Bianca

A dream all dressed up in white. If you’ve never tried this sort of pizza, get on it right now! Our pizza bianca is a flavor explosion, using cream cheese, mozzarella and vegetables sing together in a summery harmony. And all that without a grain of white flour, and with 74% fewer carbs!

For the pizza dough:

100 mlwarm water
For the toppings:

60 glight cream cheese

0.5 smallzucchini (courgette)

60 glight mozzarella

0.5red onion
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Mix the protein pizza mix with the water and knead into a dough. Let rest for 10 minutes.

Dust your work surface with flour and roll out the pizza dough or press it flat with your hands until it reaches a diameter of about 26 cm.

Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay the pizza crust on it and prebake for 15-20 minutes.

Spread the cream cheese on the pizza crust and top with mozzarella. Slice the zucchini and onions into thin rings and lay on top of the mozzarella. Bake another 10 minutes, until crispy.

Garnish your pizza bianca with fresh basil leaves.
