If you haven’t been blown away by matcha yet, rest easy. This matcha latte recipe is one you’ll fall in love with. Our Vanilla Whey Protein brings sweetness and creaminess you just can’t deny – and without sugar, while adding protein!

Ingredients

1 Person

  • 180 ml
    low-fat milk (or vegan milk alternative)
  • 15 g
    Vanilla Whey Protein by foodspring
  • 0.5 tsp
    Whey Protein Vanilla
  • 100 ml
    hot water

Preparation

    Mix the milk and the protein powder in a shaker. Pour into a large mug and heat in the microwave, or pour into a pot and warm on the stove.

    Our Tip: For extra enjoyment, foam the milk up with a foamer!

    Use another cup or bowl to mix the matcha powder and hot water until all clumps are dissolved.

    Pour the matcha and water mix into the warm milk. Stir and enjoy immediately.
