Crispy coconut flakes. A delicate cream topping. And underneath it all, chocolatey goodness that won’t let you down. That’s our protein brownies with coconut topping in a nutshell. Delicious enough for any dessert lover – and with 85% less sugar.

Ingredients

For the brownies:

  • 1 package
    Protein Brownies
  • 175 ml
    low-fat milk

Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 175° C.

    Mix the brownie mix with the milk until it forms a batter.

    Put the brownie batter into the pan and bake for 12-15 minutes.

  • 4

    Set aside to cool. When cool, top the protein brownies with Coconut Crisp Protein Cream.

    Top with coconut flakes if desired.
