Ingredients

For the shake:

  • 150 ml
    reduced-fat milk
  • 1
    ripe banana
  • 30 g
  • 100 g
    frozen pineapple
  • 100 ml
    water

For the topping:

  • 0.5 diced

Preparation

    Put the milk, banana, and Whey Protein into a blender. Blend until creamy and pour into a glass.

    Now blend up the pineapple and the water until it reaches the consistency of a slushy frozen drink. Add more water if needed.

    You choose: Mix the two layers up for a smoother taste, or leave them layered for a striking look.
