Stop! Drop! It’s peanut butter jelly time. Only today, you’re gonna eat your peanut butter and jelly for breakfast in this on-its-head overnight oats recipe!

Ingredients

1 Person

  • 20 g
    oats of your choice
  • 20 g
    Instant Oats
  • 1 tbsp
  • 120 ml
    oat drink
  • 1 tsp
    Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbsp
    White Chia Seeds
  • 75 g
    raspberries, frozen
  • 0.5 tsp
    Flavour Kick Vanilla
  • 1 tbsp
    lemon juice
  • optional toppings
    fresh raspberries, roasted peanuts, coconut chips

Preparation

    Mix the oats, Instant Oats, oat drink, and Vegan Protein in a glass. Set aside in the fridge overnight.

    Also for the night before: Mix the raspberries, Flavor Kick, and lemon juice in a pot. Bring to a boil. Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring regularly, until it thickens to a jammy consistency. Add the Chia Seeds and mix well.

    Set the jam in the fridge overnight.

    In the morning: Top the overnight oats with the peanut butter and jelly you have set aside.

    Garnish the peanut butter and jelly oats with the toppings of your choice.
