Peach Kombucha Basil Lemonade

Need a little cool-down? This summer, we’re all about this amazing, homemade peach, kombucha, and basil lemonade. We took a closer look at super-hip kombucha and couldn’t resist! Partnered up with our Clear Whey, we’ve made a deliciously refreshing drink with peach and basil. And hey, it wouldn’t be a foodspring recipe if our basil lemonade weren’t low in sugar and high in protein. You know us.

350 mlwater

330 mlSparkling Aminos Peach

300 mlkombucha
Preparation

Cut the peach into slices.

Pull the basil leaves off the stems.

Put the peach slices, basil leaves, and honey into a small bowl. Stir well. Muddle the peaches and basil to release the juice and oils. Set aside.

Put the water and Clear Whey into a shaker. Shake until fully mixed.

Put both mixtures together into a pitcher. Stir well. Refrigerate for about 4 hours.

Just before serving, top up the basil lemonade with Sparkling Aminos and kombucha. Stir briefly.

Serve with a few ice cubes.

Garnish the basil lemonade with fresh basil leaves and freshly cut peach slices as desired.
