Quick Overnight Oats

The alarm goes off. You’d much rather snooze for 5 more minutes. No problem! Your breakfast is waiting for you in the fridge. This overnight oats recipe will start your morning on the right foot. There’s loads of protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats as well. It’s a power-packed breakfast!

50 goatmeal

20 gWhey Protein of your choice

150 mllow-fat milk

30 glow-fat fromage frais (or yogurt)

1 tbsphemp seeds

optionalblueberries for topping
Preparation

Add oats, protein powder, milk, fromage frais and hemp seeds to a bowl or glas. Mix well.

Let rest overnight in the fridge.

Stir the overnight oats again before you eat them the next day. Top with blueberries and hemp seeds as desired.
