Move over, açaí bowl. From now on, our breakfast smoothie bowl comes in two colors. Matcha powder turns the chia pudding cheery green. It’s a perfect complement to the happy purple of our blueberry smoothie bowl.

For the blueberry smoothie:

100 gblueberries, frozen

1 tbsp

60 gsoy yogurt

1 tbsplemon juice
For the chia pudding:

15 gWhite Chia Seeds

125 mloat drink
-
0.5 tspFlavour Kick Vanilla

0.5 tspmatcha powder

optional toppingssliced kiwi, granola, coconut chips, chopped nuts, fresh blueberries

First make the matcha chia pudding: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Cover. Set aside in the fridge overnight.

To make the smoothie bowl: Put all the ingredients into a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Arrange the blueberry smoothie on one half of the bowl and the chia pudding on the other half.

Top your matcha blueberry smoothie bowl with mini kiwis, Coconut Chips, chopped nuts, and fresh blueberries.
