It’s hard to imagine winter without sugar cookies! Not to worry – you don’t have to abstain, because we have a healthier recipe ready for you. Try any flavor you like of our Whey Protein to switch things up a bit, or go for a few drops of marzipan essence that’s sure to be your new favorite.

220 gspelt flour

50 gWhey Protein Vanilla

180 gmargarine, at room temperature

80 gerythritol or stevia

1egg yolk

optionalpowdered sugar
Preparation

Mix together the flour, Whey Protein, margarine and erythritol/stevia until it forms a dough. Chill for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 170° C.

Roll out the dough and cut out shapes using a cookie cutter. Brush the shapes with the egg yolk.

Bake for about 10 minutes, making sure the cookies stay a light golden-brown. Decorate to your liking.
