We’re topping this mango-turmeric bowl with high-protein mini pancakes. But don’t think they’re just there to look cute. These mini pancakes also deliver an extra helping of protein to your muscles!

Ingredients

For the Breakfast Bowl:

  • 100 ml
    water

For the pancakes:

  • 20 g
    Vegan Protein Pancakes
  • 40 ml
    water
  • 0.5 tsp
    Coconut oil
  • optional toppings
    fresh mango, coconut chips, Coconut Crisp Protein Cream

Preparation

    Put the Breakfast Bowl Mix and water into a bowl. Stir well until it forms a creamy mix.

    Put the Protein Pancakes mix and water into another bowl. Mix to a smooth batter.

  • 3

    Warm the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.

  • 4

    Put the pancake batter into the pan to make the mini pancakes. Cook until golden-brown on both sides.

  • 5

    Put your breakfast bowl together: Top the Breakfast Bowl with the mini pancakes. Garnish with fresh mango, coconut chips, and Protein Cream.
