Lemon-Poppyseed Protein Pancakes

You simply can’t go wrong with our Protein Pancakes. It works every single time. And it leaves lots of room to play around with new flavors! These pancakes, for example, have a nice sweetness and are as moist as can be. The refreshing combination of lemon and poppyseed is one you have to try. It’s a flavor explosion, but with no added sugar or artificial additives.

Ingredients

1 Person

  • 130 ml
    reduced-fat milk
  • 0.5
    lemon
  • 1 tsp
    poppyseeds
  • optional topping
    2 tbsp plain yogurt (reduced-fat), 1/4 tsp Flavor Kick of your choice

Preparation

    Whisk the Protein Pancake mix, Flavor Kick and milk together in a bowl.

    Zest the lemon and squeeze out the juice. Add to the bowl. Stir in the poppyseeds.

    Heat the coconut oil in a pan on medium heat. Spoon the batter into 4 pancakes. Cook until golden-brown on both sides.

    Mix yogurt and Flavor Kick to taste.

    Stack the protein pancakes on a plate and serve with the topping.
