0.5 tbspchopped rosemary
-
4 tbsptomato chutney

2 tbspsesame seeds

1
Combine the yogurt with the flour and salt in a medium bowl. Knead in the bowl to get a soft dough. Chill for 30 minutes as you make the filling.
-
2
Cut the sausages out of their casings and squeeze into a medium bowl. Add the onion and rosemary then mix together. Chill until needed.
-
3
Preheat the oven to 180C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
-
4
Roll the chilled dough out on a worktop dusted with flour, dusting with more flour on top to prevent it sticking. Roll into a rectangle around 50 x 20 cm. Spread the chutney down the middle of the rectangle. Form the sausage meat into a log the length of the dough and place on top of the chutney. Fold the dough over to cover the meat and press the edges together to seal.
-
5
Brush with the beaten egg and sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Slice into 14 pieces and place onto the lined baking tray, spacing each roll a few centimetres apart.
-
6
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden and the sausage meat is cooked through. Serve warm.
