Are you looking for a gluten-free alternative to our protein muesli? We have exactly what you need. Here’s a recipe for muesli (or granola) that you can make right in your own kitchen. It’s prepared with a base of oatmeal and can be sweetened with honey, maple syrup, or anything else you prefer. Our version with bananas doesn’t have any added sugar.

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 170° C.

In a small bowl, melt the coconut oil in the microwave.

Add bananas to the bowl and use a fork to mash together with the coconut oil.

In a dry bowl, mix the dry ingredients: the Protein Flakes, nuts, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt. Cut dates into small pieces and add to the mix.

Add the coconut-banana mix to the dry ingredients and mix everything well.

Spread the mixture evenly over a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Transfer to oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until the mix is lightly golden in color. Check in regularly and stir as necessary to prevent burning.

Remove from the oven and let cool.
