Gingerbread Spice Apple Banana Bread
Ingredients
For the apple banana bread:

1 tbspapple cider vinegar

60 mloat milk

3bananas, ripe

50 gCoconut oil

55 gunsweetened applesauce

1 tbspFlavour Kick Vanilla

200 gstevia
-
125 gProtein Cream Gingerbread

400 gspelt flour

2 tspbaking powder

0.5 tspbaking soda

0.5 tspcinnamon

1 pinchsalt
-
50 gwalnuts

Preparation

Mix the oat milk and apple cider vinegar in a bowl. Set aside for 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180° C.

Grease a baking tray or line it with parchment paper.

Use a fork or a stick blender to puree the bananas until smooth.

In a large bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, oat drink, Coconut Oil, applesauce, and Flavor Kick.

Add the stevia and stir well.

Add the Protein Cream. Mix everything well to form a smooth batter.

Finally, add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and spices. Stir well.

Spread the batter evenly in the baking pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Chop the walnuts and sprinkle over the top of the batter.

Bake the apple gingerbread banana bread for 55-60 minutes.

Top the apple-banana bread with Gingerbread Protein Cream as desired.
