Gingerbread Protein Hot Chocolate

All the festive flavours of winter feature in this cosy drink. This gingerbread protein hot chocolate is so easy and quick. Adding a pinch of ground ginger and cinnamon to your hot chocolate is a simple way to add those warming flavours of gingerbread cookies to this classic drink. I like to serve it with a spray of whipped cream but you can top with sugar-free marshmallows if that’s more your thing.

Preparation

Place the milk, ginger and cinnamon into a small pan. Warm on the stove until gently steaming. Remove from the heat and whisk in the chocolate whey until smooth. Pour into a mug and top with the spray cream. Serve warm.
