Ingredients

    fennel
  • 25 ml
    ginger juice
  • 50 ml
    elderflower cordial
  • 2 tbsp
    vegan collagen
  • 5
    Ice
  • 200 ml
    sparkling water

Preparation

    Make your fresh fennel and ginger juices with either a juicer or, if not available, a blender and sieve, and a standard citrus squeezer for your orange juice.

    Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and pour into two glasses.

    Top with sparkling water. Garnish with fresh elderflower.
