200 mlsparkling water
Preparation

1Make your fresh fennel and ginger juices with either a juicer or, if not available, a blender and sieve, and a standard citrus squeezer for your orange juice.

2Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and pour into two glasses.

3Top with sparkling water. Garnish with fresh elderflower.
