Spoonfuls of sweet cookie dough – no need to worry about a stomachache. Sound like your childhood dream? This cookie dough recipe makes it happen. You don’t need any eggs or flour. Sugar? Butter? Nowhere to be seen. Mix it up with our new Chocolate Peanut Butter Whey Protein instead. Magical!

Ingredients

2 Persons

  • 70 g
    almond flour
  • 20 g
    Instant Oats
  • 40 g
    Chocolate Peanut Butter Whey Protein
  • 100 ml
    unsweetened almond milk
  • 30 g
    chocolate chips

Preparation

    Put the almond flour, Instant Oats, Whey Protein and salt into a bowl.

    Add the almond milk and stir until the mixture has reached a thick and even consistency. Add more almond milk if desired to change the consistency.

    Stir in the chocolate chips.

  • 4

    Scoop into four balls with an ice cream scoop and serve.
