Coconut Mango Overnight Oats Recipe

It’s never been easier to add a pop of color to your morning! Our overnight oats get their golden hue from the turmeric and mango we put in. This doesn’t only look sweet – it also tastes fabulous. We added a bit of coconut to it and made you a perfect summer treat. Start your morning with a creamy breakfast that gives you the power you need for your day.

20 gWhite Chia Seeds

60 mlcoconut milk

0.25 tspFlavour Kick Vanilla

60 gmango

1 tsplemon juice

0.5 tspagave nectar

optionalcoconut chips
Preparation

Mix the chia seeds, water, coconut milk, and Flavor Kick in a bowl. Put them in the fridge overnight.

Prepare the Breakfast Bowl according to package directions.

Puree the mango, lemon juice, and agave nectar with an immersion blender.

Put the overnight oats together: First put the chia-coconut pudding into a glass or bowl. Then spread the Breakfast Bowl on top. The last layer is the mango puree.

Top the overnight oats with the coconut chips.
