For the dough:

60 gmargarine

0.5 tspsalt

230 mlwater

100 gspelt flour

30 gWhey Protein Vanilla

0.5 tspcinnamon

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180° C.

Melt the margarine in a pot over medium heat. Add the salt and water. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.

Add the flour, Whey Protein, and cinnamon and stir well. Add the eggs one by one, stirring after each egg is added.

Transfer the dough to a piping bag with a star tip. Pipe the dough onto a piece of parchment paper in lengths of about 10cm.

Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.

Stir together the remaining cinnamon with the sugar. Dip the churros in the cinnamon sugar to coat them. Serve with Protein Cream to dip.
