Who’d ever have thought that chocolate pudding could be a healthy, nutritious breakfast?! Pudding oats is one of the newest breakfast trends that you have to try out. They taste like porridge and have the texture of pudding straight out of your childhood. Just one serving will keep you full for a long time and give you the energy you need for your day. Lots of protein, complex carbs, and no added sugar.

Ingredients

1 Person

  • 200 ml
    water
  • 100 ml
    low-fat milk
  • 20 g
    chocolate pudding mix
  • optional
    Toppings: berries, Protein Chocolate

Preparation

    Mix the Protein Porridge with the water in a pot. Heat slowly and stir continuously.

    Mix the milk and the pudding mix in a bowl until smooth. Add to the pot and mix well.

    While stirring continuously, bring the pudding oats to a boil. Boil until the mixture starts to thicken. Remove from heat.

  • 4

    Serve in a bowl and top with whatever you wish.
