Chocolate Orange Cookies

For the cookies:

2 tbspWhite Chia Seeds

6 tbsporange juice
-
160 gInstant Oats
-
60 gground almonds
-
1.5 tspbaking powder
-
50 gCoconut oil
-
30 mloat milk

1 tspFlavour Kick Vanilla

1 pinchsalt
-
50 gchocolate chips

1orange, zested
You will also need:

100 gdark chocolate
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 175° C.

Mix the Chia Seeds with the orange juice in a small bowl. Set aside for 5-10 minutes.

Mix all the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Add the wet ingredients. Mix until you have a smooth dough.

Work with moist hands. Take ½ tsp of the dough at a time, roll it into a ball, and place it onto a sheet of parchment paper laid on a cookie sheet. Press flat.

Bake the chocolate orange cookies at 175° C for 15 minutes.

Set the cookies aside to cool.

Melt the dark chocolate over a double boiler.

Dip each cookie halfway into the melted chocolate. Decorate with orange zest as desired.
