20 gdesiccated coconut

15 gdefatted cocoa powder

1 tspFlavour Kick Vanilla

1 tspagave nectar

80 gdark chocolate (at least 70% cacao)
Preparation

Mix the dessicated coconut with the coconut oil, a little bit of sweetener and water, then shape into a bar.

Place it in the freezer for 20 minutes.

Make a chocolate glaze using the cocoa powder, protein powder, a few drops of sweetener and a dash of water, then pour it over the bar.

Put the bar back in the freezer for 1 hour so the chocolate glaze hardens.
