Too old to go on an Easter egg hunt? We aren’t! It sweetens the deal even more when you’re on the hunt for a batch of these chocolate-coconut Easter eggs. Every egg is made with love, and that comes through in the taste as well. They taste so much better than store-bought, and will bring a smile to every face. The ingredients and instructions are as easy as you’re used to from us, so that you don’t lose sight of the joy of making love-filled sweet treats from scratch.

60 goatmeal

40 gcoconut flakes

3 tspFlavour Kick Vanilla

3 tbspwater

80 gdark chocolate
Preparation

Put the oatmeal, coconut flakes, Protein Cream, Flavor Kick, and water into a blender or food processor. Mix until it has formed a sticky, moldable consistency.

Use your hands to shape the mix into 6 small eggs. Set aside on a piece of parchment paper and put into the fridge.

Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate over a double boiler.

Use a fork to pick up each egg, dip it in the melted chocolate, and place it carefully back onto the parchment paper. Drizzle with any remaining dark chocolate, if you like.

Set the Easter eggs into the fridge to cool for at least 30 minutes.
