This chocolate berry shake is a taste experience not to be missed! It has two luscious layers. The chia seeds give the shake a really fantastic texture. These power seeds start to grow and absorb liquid as soon as they touch it. Try it out for yourself.

130 glow-fat quark (fromage frais)

110 mlreduced-fat milk

10 gWhey Protein Chocolate

Put the Strawberry Whey Protein, frozen berries, 100g of fromage frais, and 100ml of milk into a blender. Blend until it has reached a creamy consistency. Set aside and rinse out the mixer.

Put the Chocolate Whey Protein, 30g of fromage frais, and 10ml of milk into the blender and mix until creamy.

Add the chia seeds to the chocolate mix. Set aside for 10 minutes.

Layer the two flavors over each other. Top with fresh berries as desired. Your chocolate berry shake is done! Enjoy!
