Let us show you a super-simple, sugar-free, creamy way to get more of your favorite fruit into your life. Turn white chia seeds and sweet-tart cherries into a fruity spread for your pancakes or protein bread, or use our cherry jam to pep up your morning bowl of yogurt.

225 gcherries (pits removed)

1 tsplemon juice

1 tspFlavour Kick Vanilla

2 tbspWhite Chia Seeds
Preparation

Put the cherries, lemon juice, and Flavor Kick in a small pot on medium heat. Bring to a boil, then lower to a simmer. Simmer for 15 minutes or until small bubbles begin to form on the surface.

Take the pot off the heat.

Use a fork or a potato masher to mash up the cherries.

Add the chia seeds and stir well.

Let the cherry jam sit for at least 15 minutes before serving.
