Cherry Colada Protein Popsicles
Pina Coladas are yesterday. This summer we’re taking our cocktails on a stick, in the form of stylish protein popsicles. And whoever said that you can only match coconut with pineapple? We’re bringing a new player to the game: sweet cherries. These coladas are pineapple-free, but we certainly didn’t want to leave the rum out of the party. And to make sure you can bring these pops to absolutely any occasion, we’ve got Lyre’s White Cane Spirit, which is an alcohol-free white rum that sets itself apart from the rest with its coconut and marzipan aromas. Let the summer begin!
Ingredients

125 gcherries, frozen

2bananas, frozen

30 mlcoconut milk

50 ml

Preparation

Put all the ingredients into a powerful blender. Mix until creamy.

Take a moment every so often to scrape the nice cream off the sides of the blender with a spatula.

Put the mixture into ice pop molds of your choice. Freeze the protein popsicles for at least 6 hours.
