Cinnamon, cardamom, star anise – the perfect chai brings together all your favorite spices in one mug. We love the flavor of chai so much, we’ve made a recipe that will let you do more than just drink it. Make yourself a bowl of creamy chai latte chia pudding, and enjoy all that warmth on a spoon.

20 gWhite Chia Seeds

130 mloat milk

1chai teabag

0.5 tspFlavour Kick Vanilla

1 tbspmaple syrup

0.5 tspcinnamon

0.25 tspnutmeg, ground

1 pinchsalt

optional toppingsyogurt, cinnamon, chocolate chips
Preparation

Bring the oat milk to a boil in a small pot. Remove from the heat and add the chai teabag. Allow to steep for 5 minutes.

Put the hot chai, Flavor Kick, maple syrup, and spices into a strong blender. Blend well.

Mix the chai and the chia seeds in a medium-sized bowl.

Set the chai latte chia pudding into the fridge overnight. In the morning, divide into two bowls or glasses.

If you want, serve with vegan yogurt, cinnamon, granola, or chocolate pieces.
