Caramelised Banana & Rum Parfait
This parfait makes for a simple, high-protein dessert with caramelised banana. Simply layer up our chocolate chip protein cookies with some whey protein whipped yogurt and bananas cooked in maple and rum for an instant dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth.

1 tbspmaple syrup

1 tbspdark rum

100 g0% fat Greek yogurt

2 tbspWhey Protein Vanilla

1Protein Cookie Chocolate Chip

Cut the bananas in half. Drizzle the maple syrup into a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat on the stove. Add the bananas, cut side down, and cook until starting to turn golden underneath. Add the rum and cook over a low heat for 2 more minutes to allow some of it to evaporate.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the yogurt and protein powder until smooth. Divide between two plates or bowls. Top with the sliced bananas, pouring over any sauce from the pan. Crumble the protein cookie, divide between the plates and serve.
