Blueberry Cheesecake Nice Cream Bowl
Ingredients
For the nice cream:

40 gblueberries, frozen

1 tbsp

1 tbsplemon juice

3 tbspoat milk
Other ingredients:

20 gblueberries, fresh

optionalcoconut chips
Preparation

Cut the frozen banana into slices

Put the oat milk and Vegan Protein into a bowl. Mix well.

Put the banana slices, frozen blueberries, and the lemon juice into a high-powered blender or food processor. Mix until the mixture is creamy and smooth.

Occasionally use a spatula to scrape the mixture off the sides of the blender, then keep mixing. If it gets too hard, add another splash of oat milk.

Set aside a glass or mason jar.

Crumble the Protein Cookie with your hands and put the crumbs into the glass. Spread the blueberries over it.

Now, fill the glass with the nice cream.
