  • 120 ml
    oat milk
  • 0.5 tbsp
    White Chia Seeds

You’ll also need:

  • 80 g

Preparation

  • 1

First make the cherry jam layer: Put all the ingredients into a small pot. Bring to the boil, briefly, then reduce the heat to a simmer. Simmer for about 15 minutes on medium heat. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.

  • 2

Now mix all the ingredients for the chocolate layer in a medium bowl.

  • 3

Spoon one layer of the chocolate oat mix into your glass, bowl, or mason jar. Then spread a layer of cherry jam on top of it. Repeat until both are used up.

  • 4

Set the overnight oats into the fridge overnight.

  • 5

Before serving, top with yogurt. Serve with chocolate shavings and fresh cherries to taste!
