Black Forest Baked Oats
When it comes to ‘dessert for breakfast’, baked oats are on of the easiest and most customisable options to choose. These black forest baked oats are protein packed with flavours of chocolate whey and cherries (both fresh and dried).
Ingredients

40 grolled oats

0.5 tbspunsweetened cocoa powder

15 gWhey Protein Chocolate

1 mediumegg white
-
80 mlwater
-
45 gnatural yogurt

0.25 tspbaking powder

1 tbspdried cherries
TOPPINGS:

10 gdark chocolate (70% cocoa)

6fresh cherries, pitted

2 tbspnatural yogurt
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180C (350F)rn

Combine all the ingredients apart from the ‘toppings’. Stir together until fully combined then spray a small, ovenproof dish with non-stick spray/brush with a light layer of oil. Pour in the oat mixture and bake for 15-25 minutes (this will depend on your baking dish), until no longer wet in the middle.

Remove from the oven and top with the dark chocolate, leaving it to melt, then spread evenly over the surface of the oats. Top the black forest baked oats with the cherries and yogurt then serve.
