It’s a protein shake on a stick. Make this recipe for a berry yogurt popsicle before the days get too hot, so you can crack open your freezer and beat the heat. And, thanks to our Whey Protein, there’s no added sugar!

150 mllow-fat milk or water

Preparation

Put all the ingredients for the yogurt popsicles into a blender. Blend until creamy.

Put the berries into the popsicle molds of your choice. Then pour in the yogurt mix. Place a popsicle stick in the middle of each mold.

Freeze for at least 8 hours. Then you can remove a yogurt popsicle from the mold and enjoy.
